Create your own ceremonial drum in a sacred way at this 1-day workshop led by Julie Lange Groth, shamanic practitioner, ceremonialist and teacher. Through journeywork, ritual and ceremony you will make a sturdy, single-headed frame drum and beater, meet and honor the spirit of your drum and celebrate its birth.
You will need to bring your own materials, which you may order online (some good sources are listed below). Materials will be available at the workshop to embellish your drum, and you may also bring special feathers or items of your own to add to your drum.
Prerequisite: Shamanic journey skills are helpful but not required.

What to bring:
· Blanket, eye shade or bandanna, rattle if you have one
· Notebook or journal and pen
· Lunch, snacks and beverages for yourself
