Rediscovering Yourself: Re-imagining Life After Loss
Has a major loss in your life left you     unable to move on?

Do you feel changed by your loss, but     uncertain who you have become?

These feelings are a common phase of the grieving process. You may feel lost, but you are presented with the opportunity to take stock of your gifts and strengths and  create a new vision of your future.

The pain you have endured and the lessons you have learned through your loss can be the rich, raw materials from which you can remold your life into a living work of art.

In this workshop we will use the tools and techniques of shamanism to gain insight into your soul's path and who you are as a unique being. Shamanic journey experience is helpful but not necessary. Please bring with you:
  • A notebook or journal
  • A blanket, pillows, beach chair or some other way to get comfortable during shamanic journeying
  • An eye shade or something to cover your eyes
  • Lunch and snacks for yourself
  • A drum or rattle (optional)
