Monthly Journey Circle
All are welcome to join in the meditative experience of shamanic journeying to the beat of a drum. It's a great way to gain spiritual insight, practice your journey skills, enjoy the company of wonderful spirited people and shake off the cares of your day. Bring your healing intentions too!
There is no charge, but donations to help cover use of the facilities are always welcome.
What to bring:
- A blanket or mat and pillow for lying on the floor, or if you prefer, a comfortable lawn chair
- An eye shade or scarf
- A journal or notebook
- A rattle or drum if you have one
- A snack to share
